- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would give this 0 stars if at all possible. This branch is terrible! Any other People's Bank location is better. The customer service is nonexistent, the tellers are not helpful, and the managers are downright rude. Both myself and my girlfriend have had very unpleasant experiences at this branch, multiple times. Do yourself a favor, and avoid this People's Bank! Literally no one there cares about you or helping you in any way, shape, or form. They are unhelpful and incredibly unprofessional. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Reidville drive branch has the worst customer service hands down. Tellers need to be retrained. Visited 3 times and each time they could not manage to do a cash advance.
